House of Surgeons
We Are a House.
Not a clinic, and not a marketplace. We match patients with surgeons by philosophy, because you are choosing the mind behind the hands, and we exist to help you choose it well.
Or start by reading about the six schools of thought.
Every surgeon has a philosophy, a belief about what surgery should achieve and what it should refuse to do. The right match is not found in credentials alone. It is found where your idea of beauty and your surgeon’s idea of beauty agree.

How Should We Begin?
There is no rush here. Take whichever door feels like yours.
01
I Know What I Want to Change
You have a procedure in mind. Now learn how differently our surgeons approach it, because the approach is the real decision.
02
I Know How I Want to Feel
You care more about the spirit of the outcome than its name. Subtle or striking, quiet or bold. Start from what you value and let the procedure follow.
03
I’m Just Exploring
You are reading and thinking, not deciding. Good. The Surgical Library is open to everyone and asks nothing of you.
Prefer to talk it through?
Request a curator consultation. One unhurried hour about you: your aesthetics, your values, your tolerance for risk. Then a shortlist of two or three surgeons, with our reasoning in writing.

Curation Is Our Only Business
House of Surgeons is a curatorial house. We keep the roster deliberately small, and we choose each surgeon for the clarity of their philosophy, the rigour of their technique and the honesty of their outcomes. We take no commission on the match and we sell no introductions. Others optimise for volume. We optimise for the fit between two people. Not every patient is right for every surgeon, and some days the best advice we can give is to wait.
“The right surgeon is not the busiest, nor the nearest. It is the one whose idea of beauty matches your own.”

Six Schools of Surgical Thought
We sort our surgeons by belief, not by city. Ask a Minimalist and a Sculptor about the same face and you will hear two different philosophies. Both can be right. Only one is right for you.
01
The Minimalists
The best surgery is the least surgery necessary. They treat every incision as a promise of restraint.
03
The Sculptors
Surgery as art. When a patient truly wants change, they shape it with intention and skill.
04
The Scientists
Evidence first, always. Every technique they use has survived the scrutiny of published research.
05
The Pioneers
They bring tomorrow’s techniques carefully into today, and never at the cost of safety.
The Journey, Unhurried
Surgery is not a transaction. It deserves time, thought and company. Here is how the house walks with you.

01
Discovery
Read the surgeons, their philosophies and their work. Take the match assessment if it helps. Nothing here asks you to commit. Education comes first, and it may be all you ever need from us.
02
Matching
When you are ready, a curator sits with your answers and proposes two or three surgeons whose beliefs align with yours. A person makes this judgement, not an algorithm.
03
Consultation
Meet your matched surgeons and ask everything. Feel whether the alignment is real. Some patients meet several surgeons before choosing. We expect that, and we never rush it.
04
Preparation
Once you choose, we prepare you properly: the medical steps, the travel and logistics, and the quieter work of getting ready in your own mind. The Waiting Room, our private patient community, is open to you.
05
Surgery and Beyond
We coordinate the day itself, the recovery, and the long road after. You will hear from us at three, six and twelve months, because the story does not end at the operating room.
Built on Radical Transparency
We would rather show you how the house works than ask you to trust it. Our selection standards are published. Our fees are explained in plain language. When we get something wrong, we say so.
Published Vetting Criteria
How we choose our surgeons, and what disqualifies them, is public reading.
The Ethics Council
Outside advisors review our practices every quarter and publish what they find.
Outcome Tracking
We record satisfaction, complications and the quality of each match, and we share the results.
Human Curation
Software helps us organise. People decide. Every match is made and checked by a curator.
Transformation Chronicles
Real patient journeys, told in their own words from first doubt to final reflection. No trophy photos and no highlight reels. Just what happened, and how it felt.

“I arrived asking for a procedure. I left understanding an approach. The surgery came later, and calmer, than I expected.”
Maria E., from her chronicle
Reflections, Not Ratings
We publish no stars. We ask patients to write at three, six and twelve months about the match, the surgery and how they feel now. Their words run unedited, except to protect privacy.
“I chose my surgeon because we disagreed about what my face needed, and he took the time to explain why. A year later, that conversation is still the reason I trust the result.”
Ethan S.
Reflection, twelve months on
“The curators told me to slow down and think. Nobody selling something says that. When I came back, the choice felt obvious.”
Daniel K.
Reflection, three months on
“Mine was a revision. They matched me with someone who repairs the work of other surgeons and was honest about what could not be fixed. That honesty was everything.”
Amara O.
Reflection, twelve months on
The Resident Surgeons
A deliberately small roster, kept that way on purpose. Each profile holds the surgeon’s philosophy, collections of their work and unhurried conversations about how they think. You are choosing a mind, after all.

Begin Your Discovery
Whether you are certain of your path or only starting to look, we are here for clarity and for education. And when you are ready, for the right match. There is no countdown on this page. Every decision waits out seven days of consideration, because it should.
Not ready yet? That is perfectly fine. The House Journal below offers essays on surgical philosophy, patient chronicles and honest education.
